Learning Objectives:

Describe the indications, patient selection criteria, and clinical outcomes associated with Dorsal Root Ganglion (DRG) Stimulation, Multifidus Stimulation, and Intrathecal Drug Delivery Systems (IDDS).
Review relevant anatomy and fluoroscopic landmarks critical for safe and accurate neuromodulation procedures.
Discuss the comparative benefits and limitations of various neuromodulation strategies in the treatment of chronic pain.
DRG lead placement in the thoracic and lumbar regions. Multifidus stimulation electrode placement for functional restoration therapy. Intrathecal catheter placement and pump pocket creation considerations. Apply radiation safety principles to minimize exposure for both patients and providers during procedures.
