Approximately 25% of patients report chronic post-surgical pain (CPSP) after knee arthroplasty1. In addition, a subset of patients report poor satisfaction due to pain and other factors2. The association of patient coping and expectations with CPSP and satisfaction after knee arthroplasty are uncertain.
