Introduction: Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) type II follows nerve injury and presents with pain, sensory disturbance, and motor dysfunction. Early signs may mimic other neuropathic conditions, complicating diagnosis. Conservative therapies often yield limited relief, highlighting the need for targeted interventions. Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS) offers both pain reduction and functional gains. This case illustrates the use of 60-day PNS to treat post-operative ulnar neuralgia and suspected early CRPS.
