Introduction: Chikungunya fever, an arboviral infection, is commonly associated with acute febrile arthralgia. However, chronic neuropathic pain syndromes following infection are rarely reported and diagnostically challenging. We present a medically complex case of post-viral small fiber neuropathy (SFN) causing refractory neuropathic pain, underscoring diagnostic hurdles and the importance of multidisciplinary care.
