Chronic pain affects 1 in 4 youth, impacting emotional, physical, and social function1. Parents’ distress and protective behaviors can worsen outcomes2 , making their involvement imperative. Multidisciplinary treatment aims for functional restoration, with digital interventions addressing access barriers3. iGET Living (iGL) is a digital graded exposure intervention for youth with chronic pain and their parents, designed for short daily engagement for ~6 weeks 4,5. This study examines parent engagement and preliminary efficacy on parent outcomes.
