Atypical Delayed Brachial Plexopathy with Dysautonomia: A Case of Minor Trauma with Major Sequelae

Introduction: Brachial plexopathies are commonly associated with high-impact trauma with acute neurologic deficits. In rare instances, minor injuries can trigger a slow, insidious cascade of neurological dysfunction creating clinical challenges. We present a unique case of chronic brachial plexopathy with evolving dysautonomia several years after a seemingly negligible shoulder injury.
