Introduction: Intercostal neuralgia secondary to severe thoracolumbar scoliosis is rare and often refractory to conventional therapies.1 Chronic rib compression and nerve irritation can lead to debilitating pain with limited response to pharmacologic or physical therapy.2 Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) of intercostal nerves, though described for post-thoracotomy pain, has sparse data for scoliosis-related neuralgia.3 We present a case of significant and durable pain relief following intercostal RFA in a patient with severe scoliosis.
