Dr. Stephanie G. Vanterpool is the Director of Comprehensive Pain Services and an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology at the University of Tennessee. She earned her MD from Duke University, completed residency at UNC Chapel Hill, and a pain fellowship at Wake Forest. She earned her MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business. She is board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, a Fellow of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, and a member of the Tennessee Opioid Abatement Council. She returns regularly to the British Virgin Islands to provide pain management services.
