Learning Objectives:

Describe craniofacial nerve anatomy relevant to interventional procedures, including key landmarks essential for fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided nerve blocks.
Perform fluoroscopy-based and ultrasound-guided techniques for craniofacial nerve blocks (e.g., trigeminal, occipital, and sphenopalatine) with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and patient-specific anatomical considerations.
Identify appropriate indications, contraindications, and potential complications associated with craniofacial nerve blocks and peripheral nerve stimulation.
Apply peripheral nerve stimulation techniques for craniofacial pain management, including correct lead placement, programming basics, and patient selection criteria.
Integrate multimodal imaging and neuromodulation techniques into clinical practice to optimize outcomes in patients with chronic craniofacial pain syndromes.
