Each year, 500,000–600,000 limb amputations occur in the U.S., with 2.3 million individuals living with limb loss in 2019, a number projected to reach 3.6 million by 2050. Pain is typically managed using a multimodal approach. Quadruple amputations are rare and pose complex pain management challenges. This report outlines the analgesic strategy used to effectively control intra- and postoperative pain in a patient undergoing all four limb amputations.
