Post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection (PASC) has been increasingly linked to recovered COVID patients, however, the literature on pediatric patients has been sparse. While treatment remains largely supportive and symptomatic, stellate ganglion block (SGB) has emerged as a novel intervention with the potential to modulate sympathetic overactivity (1, 2, 3). We present the case of an adolescent female with disabling post-COVID dysautonomia who experienced significant and durable symptom relief after undergoing bilateral SGB.
