Chronic pelvic pain (CPP) has a high global prevalence and financial cost to healthcare1,2. Pudendal neuralgia is implicated in some cases of CPP, meaning interventions targeting the pudendal nerve may provide relief. Current literature on pudendal peripheral nerve stimulators primarily addresses urologic complaints, with little on their efficacy addressing CPP. This case describes pudendal nerve block followed by pudendal nerve stimulator implantation resulting in over 6 months of CPP relief and weaning of opiates.
