Sclerosing mesenteritis (SM) is a rare inflammatory condition characterized by fibrosis of mesentery. It commonly presents with abdominal pain, bloating, weight loss, and altered bowel habits. [1]. Symptom overlap with other gastrointestinal disorders complicates both diagnosis and pain management. Low-dose naltrexone (LDN), an emerging treatment with immunomodulatory and analgesic properties, has shown promise in inflammatory conditions. We present a case in which LDN monotherapy significantly improved pain and symptoms in a patient with SM.
