Standard Interventional Management for chronic low back pain (CLBP) includes many treatments (e.g., injections, ablations, physical therapy) that vary in effectiveness and invasiveness [1]. Percutaneous 60-Day Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS) has produced significant pain relief in prospective clinical trials and real-world evidence [2-3]. This abstract presents patient centric outcomes through 6-months for the RESET Clinical Trial, a large Level 1, multicenter randomized controlled trial (RCT) comparing Percutaneous 60-Day PNS to Standard Interventional Management for CLBP.
