Thoracic radiculopathy is an uncommon condition that is often overlooked when assessing thoracic or abdominal pain (1). Thoracic radiculopathy caused by spinal metastasis is rare, and its precise incidence is not well-defined in literature (2,3). Its presentation can be difficult to diagnose due to the wide array of differential diagnoses (4).
