Introduction: Pain management in long bone injury is a critical component of care in the Emergency Department. Due to the adverse effect profile of opioids and variability of effectiveness (1-3), regional anesthesia has gained traction for acute treatment of pain(4,5). Current literature is scarce regarding potential racial inequalities in regional anesthesia(6). We analyze if there is a racial difference in trends between those who receives regional Anesthesia in the Emergency Department.
