Introduction: Chronic pelvic pain (CPP) is a complex syndrome often associated with a variety of somatic, psychological, and functional impairments. This case report describes a 45-year-old woman with a history of CPP secondary to traumatic vaginal delivery, who presented with persistent vaginal and perineal pain unresponsive to prior conservative therapies.
