Dr. Tumber graduated with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan. After completion of a CCFP (Family Medicine) and Anesthesiology FRCPC, he completed a Multidisciplinary Pain Fellowship at the Unversity of Washington, Seattle in 1997. He has been a pain management consultant at the University Health Network, University of Toronto since 2000. He is currently the Director of Chronic Pain Education, UHN-SHS-WCH at the University of Toronto and the Medical Director of the Transitional Pain Service at Toronto Western Hospital.
