Learning Objectives:

Upon completion, the participant should be able to perform a comprehensive physical examination of the sacroiliac joint and lumbosacral region to identify pain generators, differentiate SI joint pain from other sources of low back pain, and determine appropriate candidates for interventional procedures.
Upon completion, the participant should be able to demonstrate proper fluoroscopic technique and needle placement for sacroiliac joint injections, lateral branch blocks, S1 nerve root blocks, and radiofrequency ablation, integrating anatomical landmarks with clinical examination findings.
Upon completion, the participant should be able to correlate physical examination findings with imaging and procedural diagnostics to optimize patient selection, improve procedural accuracy, and develop individualized multidisciplinary management strategies for sacroiliac-mediated and lumbosacral pain.
